The A3X CRM app is developed for companies that have sales teams. The company will subscribe to A3X CRM and the sales personnel will be able to use this app on a tablet device when they visit their customers. Hence, the end users of this app are the sales personnel.
The app has a feature to capture the precise location when a sales personnel completes a visit to a customer. This information is saved as part of the Call (Visit) Report and sent to the database. This feature can be selected (turned on) based on the configuration setting chosen by the company. Permission from the sales personnel (end users) will also be sought through the app.
